Removal

Extraction of a bracket of fastening of the electric socket (shooter) of the switch of blocking of a starter and lamps of a backing on all models, except models with the transmission 722.4

Extraction of the screw of fastening of the lever of the choice of transfers to the transmission

Removal of the lever of the choice of transfers from the transmission

Removal of the switch of blocking of a starter and lamps of a backing from the transmission

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Tighten the emergency brake, then lift a forward part of the car and record on supports.
3. Release a bracket of fastening of the electric socket of the switch of blocking of a starter and lamps of a backing (see rice. Extraction of a bracket of fastening of the electric socket of the switch of blocking of a starter and lamps of a backing on all models, except models with the transmission 722.4).
4. Remove a bracket and disconnect draft from the lever of the choice of transfers on the transmission.
5. Using two screw-drivers and being careful, remove the electric socket from the switch of blocking of a starter and lamps of a backing.
6. Unscrew the screw and a nut of fastening of the lever and remove the lever from the transmission (see rice. Extraction of the screw of fastening of the lever of the choice of transfers to the transmission, Removal of the lever of the choice of transfers from the transmission).
7. Unscrew screws and remove the switch of blocking of a starter and lamps of a backing from the transmission (see rice. Removal of the switch of blocking of a starter and lamps of a backing from the transmission).

Installation and adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the switch of blocking of a starter and lamps of a backing into place, insert and screw up screws, without tightening them it is final.
2. Install the lever of the choice of transfers on the transmission so that the reference point on the switch was established in the corresponding opening in the lever. Check that the lever of the choice of transfers is in situation N. Marking of provisions is available on a transmission case. Fix the lever of the choice of transfers by the screw and a nut.
3. Insert a shaft of a drill or a steel core with a diameter of 4 mm into an opening of the lever and a reference point of the switch. At the same time the steel core has to enter an opening in the switch case (see rice. 4. In this situation finally tighten screws of fastening of the switch, then get a drill or a core (see rice. Arrangement of screws of fastening of the switch of blocking of a starter and lamps of a backing).
5. Connect draft to the lever of the choice of transfers and fix it by a bracket.
6. Connect the electric socket to the switch and fix it by a bracket.
7. Lower the car and connect a weight wire.
