11.12.4. Electronic control device (ECU)
Prevention
The electronic control device (ECU) has the details sensitive to static electricity therefore at a detachment электричес do not touch ky sockets from the block (ECU) by hands or instruments of contacts of the socket as at the same time it is possible to damage ECU block elements. During the work with the ECU block remove static electricity from a body, having concerned the grounded metal objects. Disconnect electric sockets from the ECU block only for time necessary for repair.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. The ECU block is located behind a partition of a motor compartment at the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 3. Press spring clamps and disconnect the multicontact electric socket from the electronic control device. |
| 4. Take a fixing core, unscrew screws and remove the block of the electronic control device. On models with anti-blocking system it is previously necessary to remove the control unit of anti-blocking system. |
