PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off pressure in fuel system.
2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
3. Weaken collars, the fixing hose connecting the measuring instrument of a stream of air and an inlet collector and remove the hose located over a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Unscrew connecting nuts and disconnect the giving and returnable fuel-supply lines from the fuel highway (see rice. Fuel highway).
5. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
6. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles. Exempt a plait of wires from fastening brackets on the fuel highway.
7. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the fuel highway together with fuel nozzles from an inlet collector. Remove the lower sealing rings from fuel nozzles.
8. Take brackets of fastening and remove fuel nozzles from the fuel highway. Remove the top sealing rings from fuel nozzles (see rice. Fuel highway and fuel nozzles).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At installation of fuel nozzles check that its fixing bracket was combined with the corresponding ledge.
2. Before installation of a fuel nozzle establish a new top sealing ring, previously having greased it with a thin butter layer (see rice. Elements of the self-leveled back suspension bracket).
3. Installation of the fuel highway with fuel nozzles is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments.
4. At installation it is recommended to replace the lower sealing rings of fuel nozzles.
5. At installation apply a thin film of engine oil on the lower sealing rings of fuel nozzles.
6. Connect fuel hoses to the fuel highway. At the same time keep in mind that the toplivopodayushchy hose fastens to the lower branch pipe of the fuel highway.
7. Tighten bolts of fastening of the fuel highway to an inlet collector the required moment.
