13.6. System of repeated combustion of exhaust gases (EGR)
For repeated combustion of exhaust gases there are several modifications of this system. Modification of system which is installed on each concrete car depends on a year of release, like the engine and the country for which this car is intended.
Due to a variety of the systems of repeated combustion of exhaust gases installed on the car information on elements is provided further, to the general for all systems.
VACUUM VALVE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. The valve is located on the right side of a motor compartment. |
| 2. Check that ignition is switched off and disconnect the electric socket from the valve. |
| 3. Mark and disconnect vacuum hoses from the valve. |
| 4. Unscrew screws of fastening and take the vacuum valve from a motor compartment. |

Installation

| 1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Check correctness of connection of vacuum hoses. |

EGR VALVE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. You make removal of the EGR valve on the cold engine. |
| 2. Remove a vacuum hose from the top part of the EGR valve. |
| 3. In the presence unscrew nuts and pick up the recirculation phone from an EGR valve flange. Remove laying. |
| 4. Unscrew nuts and remove the EGR valve from a final collector. |
