16.5. Distributor of ignition and rotor of the distributor

SYSTEM OF IGNITION EZL

Removal

Unscrewing of screws of fastening of a cover of the distributor of ignition

Removal of a cover of the distributor of ignition

Removal of a rotor of the distributor from a driving flange

Unscrewing of the central bolt of fastening of a driving flange to a camshaft end face

Removal of a plastic protective cover and sealing ring

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The distributor of ignition is installed in an end face of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Release clamps and remove a plastic casing of the distributor of ignition.
3. Mark and disconnect high-voltage wires from an ignition distributor cover.
4. Unscrew screws and uncover the ignition distributor (see rice. Unscrewing of screws of fastening of a cover of the distributor of ignition, Removal of a cover of the distributor of ignition).
5. Unscrew screws and remove a distributor rotor from a driving flange (see rice. Removal of a rotor of the distributor from a driving flange).
6. Unscrew the central bolt of fastening and remove a driving flange from a camshaft end face (see rice. Unscrewing of the central bolt of fastening of a driving flange to a camshaft end face).
7. Remove a plastic protective cover and a sealing ring (see rice. Removal of a plastic protective cover and sealing ring). If necessary replace a sealing ring.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a sealing ring and a plastic protective cover on a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Establish a driving flange of a rotor of the distributor of ignition on a camshaft end face. At the same time the groove of a driving flange has to be combined with an adjusting pin of the camshaft. Fix a driving flange by the central bolt, having tightened it the required moment.
3. Establish a distributor rotor on a driving flange and fix by screws, having tightened them the required moment.
4. Being careful not to damage the central coal contact, establish a cover of the distributor of ignition and fix by screws, having tightened them the required moment.
5. According to earlier put marking connect high-voltage wires to an ignition distributor cover. Because the system of ignition is run by the sensor of an angle of rotation of a bent shaft, there is no need of installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition after removal of the distributor of ignition.

MODELS WITH THE CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE HFM ENGINE

On a control system of the HFM engine there is no ignition distributor as high voltage from coils of ignition moves directly on spark plugs.
