18.4. Lever of switching off of coupling and release bearing
RELEASE BEARING
Removal
Removal of the release bearing
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the transmission. |
| 2. Turn the release bearing and disconnect its lever of switching off of coupling, then move the bearing on the directing plug forward and remove from it from a main shaft of a case of coupling (see rice. Removal of the release bearing). |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check the bearing of switching off of coupling for uniformity and softness of the course, and wear existence. |
| 2. If operating time of the bearing is unknown, it is desirable to replace it. |
| 3. Do not wash out the bearing in solvents as it will lead to removal from the bearing of lubricant and to bystry wear of the bearing. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear and grease with a thin layer of lubricant on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide the surface of the lever of switching off of coupling interfaced to the release bearing, and directing the plug. |
| 2. Install the release bearing on the directing plug, then, having turned it, connect to the coupling switching off lever. |
| 3. Install the transmission. |

COUPLING SWITCHING OFF LEVER
Removal
Removal of the lever of switching off of coupling
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the release bearing. |
| 2. Move a pusher of the executive cylinder of coupling forward, then release a hinged finger from the lever of switching off of coupling and remove the lever from the directing plug (see rice. Removal of the lever of switching off of coupling). |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear the coupling switching off lever, a hairpin with a spherical tip and the directing plug and check their state. |
| 2. Check a condition of the fixing spring on the coupling switching off lever. |

Installation
Drawing a layer of lubricant on a hinged finger and the directing plug
|
|
Before installation of the lever of switching off of coupling apply a thin film of lubricant on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide on a hinged finger and the directing plug. |
Installation of the lever of switching off of coupling
|
|
At installation of the lever of switching off of coupling check that the fixing spring accurately held a hinged finger. |
