The sequence of installation of a driving belt on pulleys:
1 – tension mechanism pulley;
2 – pulley of a bent shaft;

The sequence of installation of a driving belt on pulleys:
1 – tension mechanism pulley;
2 – pulley of a bent shaft;
3 – air conditioning system compressor pulley;
4 – generator pulley;
5 – pulley of the pump of the amplifier of steering;
6 – pulley of the water pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator and a casing.
2. Weaken a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary belt on a quarter of a turn (see rice. An arrangement of a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt (1) and a nut of the regulator (2) on 4-cylinder engines).
3. Rotating counterclockwise, weaken a nut of the regulator and unscrew the regulator so that the auxiliary driving belt was completely weakened. Take off an auxiliary driving belt from pulleys.
4. Establish a new driving belt on pulleys, since a mechanism pulley on tyazheniye and further in the sequence shown in the drawings Arrangement of an Auxiliary Driving Belt on the 4-cylinder engine without amplifier of steering, the Arrangement of an auxiliary driving belt on the 4-cylinder engine with the amplifier of steering, but without air conditioning system, the Arrangement of an auxiliary driving belt on the 4-cylinder engine with the amplifier of steering and air conditioning.
5. Adjust a tension of an auxiliary driving belt as follows.

Models with a large-scale ruler on the tension mechanism

Adjustment of a tension of an auxiliary belt on 4-cylinder engines
 For adjustment of a tension of an auxiliary belt on 4-cylinder engines rotate a nut of the regulator (1) before combination of the index (2) with the fifth tag on a large-scale range (3).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On cars without amplifier of steering rotate a regulator nut clockwise before combination of the index of the mechanism of a tension with the fifth tag at the left on a large-scale scale (see rice. Adjustment of a tension of an auxiliary belt on 4-cylinder engines).
2. On models with the amplifier of steering rotate a regulator nut clockwise until the index of the mechanism of a tension is not established between the 8th and 9th tag at the left on a large-scale ruler.
3. Tighten a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension the required moment.
4. Establish a krylchatka of the fan and a casing.

Models with the only thick tag

Adjustment of a tension of an auxiliary belt on the 4-cylinder engine
 For adjustment of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt on the 4-cylinder engine rotate a nut of the regulator (1) so far the index (2) will not be combined with the thick line (3).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Rotating a regulator nut clockwise, combine the index of the mechanism of a tension with a thick tag (see rice. Adjustment of a tension of an auxiliary belt on the 4-cylinder engine).
2. Tighten a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension the required moment.
3. Establish a krylchatka of the fan and a casing.
