| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the transmission. |
| 2. Remove the release bearing and the lever of switching off of coupling. |
| 3. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a protective cover from a forward part of a case of coupling (see rice. Removal of a protective cover from a forward part of a case of coupling). |
| 4. Remove sealing laying from a back part of a cover (see rice. Removal of sealing laying from a protective cover). |
| 5. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a sealing ring from a cover (see rice. An arrangement of a sealing ring of an entrance shaft in a protective cover). |
| 6. Being careful, clear a nest of a sealing ring in a protective cover. Using a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter, establish a new sealing ring in a cover. |
| 7. Grease and establish sealing laying in a protective cover, then, being careful, establish a protective cover on a coupling case. |
| 8. Apply a thin film of the means interfering unscrewing of bolts on a carving of bolts of fastening of a protective cover. Screw in bolts and tighten them the required moment. |
| 9. Install the lever of switching off of coupling and the release bearing. |
| 10. Install the transmission on the car. |

Sealing ring of an output flange
Prevention
At installation it is necessary to use a new nut of fastening of an output flange of the transmission.
Removal of a nut of fastening of an output flange of the transmission
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the driveshaft from an output flange of the transmission. |
| 2. Install the gear shifting lever in neutral situation. |
| 3. Using the special tool, record an output flange of the transmission from a provorachivaniye. At the same time access to a nut of fastening of an output flange has to be free. |
| 4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of an output flange of the transmission. At installation it is necessary to use a new nut (see rice. Removal of a nut of fastening of an output flange of the transmission). |
| 5. Using a stripper, remove an output flange from a transmission shaft. |
| 6. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, take a sealing ring of an output flange of the transmission. |
| 7. Being careful, clear a nest for a sealing ring. |
| 8. Using a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter, establish a new sealing ring of an output flange. |
| 9. Establish a flange on an output shaft of the transmission and fix it by a new nut. When tightening a nut, using the special tool, hold a flange from a provorachivaniye. |
| 10. Connect the driveshaft to an output flange of the transmission. |
