| 1. Remove a dustproof cover of a pusher from the case of the main cylinder of coupling (see rice. The place of fastening of a dustproof cover of a pusher to the case of the main cylinder of coupling). |
| 2. Using special flat-nose pliers, remove a lock ring and take a washer (see rice. Removal of a lock ring from the main cylinder of coupling, Removal of a washer from the main cylinder of coupling). |
| 3. Take a pusher and the piston together with a spring from the channel of the main cylinder of coupling (see rice. Extraction of a pusher and the piston from the case of the main cylinder of coupling, Extraction of a spring from the case of the main cylinder of coupling). |
| 4. Remove a cap and the control valve from a piston end face (see rice. Removal of a cap and control valve from a piston end face). |
| 5. Wash out all details of the main cylinder of coupling in pure brake fluid and check their state. |
| 6. Check a condition of the channel of the main cylinder of coupling and the piston for existence of wear and development. If the channel of the main cylinder of coupling has development or deep scratches, replace assembled the main cylinder of coupling. If details of the main cylinder of coupling in satisfactory condition replace rubber sealing rings. |
| 7. Being careful, remove an old sealing ring from the piston. Dip a new sealing ring into pure brake fluid and, being careful, install on the piston so that working edges of a new sealing ring were from a piston spring. |
| 8. Grease the channel of the main cylinder of coupling and the piston with pure brake fluid and insert a spring into the cylinder. |
| 9. Install the control valve and a cap on the piston and, being careful, insert the piston into the canal of the main cylinder of coupling. |
| 10. Slightly press a pusher into the main cylinder of coupling, establish a washer and a lock ring in a flute of the channel of the main cylinder of coupling. |
| 11. Establish a dustproof cover of a pusher into place and fix it on the case of the main cylinder of coupling. |
