Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Unscrew a bolt and pick up the air inlet phone.
3. Remove a radiator fan casing.
4. Remove the lower mudguard of the engine.
5. Merge engine oil from the engine.
6. Remove the forward stabilizer of cross stability.
7. From two parties of the engine unscrew the lower bolts of fastening of support of the engine (see rice. Arrangement of the lower bolt of fastening of a support of the engine).
8. Disconnect electric sockets from sensors of level and pressure of oil.
9. On models with the automatic transmission unscrew nuts and bolts and remove pipes from the oil pallet.
10. Unscrew nuts and bolts, the fixing pipes of the oil heater to the oil pallet and an arm of an inlet collector and move them aside (see rice. An arrangement of bolts of fastening of a pipe of the oil heater to the oil pallet).
11. Hook on the engine slings грузоподъ the pit mechanism and raise so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.
12. Remove the central steering draft and the shock-absorber of the steering mechanism.
13. Unscrew two lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine.
14. For access to bolts of fastening of the oil pallet raise the engine.
15. Evenly in the diagonal sequence unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pallet. Note an arrangement of bolts as they have different length.
16. Lower the oil pallet and take it from under the car. Remove laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.
2. Install the oil pallet with new laying on the engine, screw in bolts and tighten them the required moment.
3. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Fill in engine oil in the engine. On models with the automatic transmission check oil level in the transmission.
