PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Unscrew a bolt and remove an asterisk of the oil pump together with a driving chain.
3. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a maslozaborny tube to an arm (see rice. Unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of a maslozaborny tube to an arm).
4. Unscrew bolts and remove маслоулав a livayushchy plate from the engine. Have in appearance that two bolts fixing a masloulavlivayushchy plate also fix the oil pump (see rice. 5. Unscrew the remained bolt and remove the oil pump (see rice. Unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of the oil pump, Removal of the oil pump).

Check

Safety valve of pressure of oil of the oil pump
 1 – stopper;
2 – pin;
3 – spring;
4 – piston;
5 – case of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. It is possible to check only details of the safety valve of pressure of oil.
2. Unscrew a stopper of the safety valve. At the same time keep in mind that it is influenced by effort of the compressed spring.
3. Take a spring, the directing pin and the piston (see rice. Safety valve of pressure of oil of the oil pump).
4. Clear all details, check their state and, if necessary, replace.
5. Establish details of the safety valve of pressure of oil in the sequence, the return to removal.

Installation

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installation fill the oil pump with pure engine oil.
2. Establish an asterisk of the oil pump by the convex party to the pump.

REPLACEMENT OF THE DRIVING CHAIN

Prevention

When replacing a chain of the drive of the oil pump it is also necessary to replace an asterisk of the oil pump.

At removal of a chain it is necessary to use an emery circle or vulkanit, for cutting of the coming-out hats of one of chain links.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Unscrew spark plugs.
3. Weaken a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump.
4. Using an emery circle or vulkanit, a soshlifuyta of a rivet of one of chain links.
5. Remove the fixing plate of a link of a chain and beat out a chain link.
6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump and remove an asterisk from a pump shaft.
7. Establish a new asterisk on a shaft of the oil pump by the convex party to the pump.
8. Using the link removed from a chain, connect the end of an old chain to a new chain. Turning a bent shaft of the engine clockwise, pass a new chain around an asterisk of a bent shaft. At the same time constantly support chain branches tense so that she did not act from an asterisk of a bent shaft.
9. After an exit of a new chain disconnect from it an old chain.
10. Establish the ends of a new chain on an asterisk of the oil pump and connect them a connecting link.
11. Establish the fixing plate on a connecting link of a chain and a rasklepayta a connecting link. Check that after a rasklepyvaniye of a connecting link there were no metal agnails.
12. Tighten a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump the required moment.
13. Install the oil pallet.
14. Screw in spark plugs.
