Removal

1. Remove a radiator. |
2. Take off an auxiliary driving belt. |
3. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a pulley / quencher of tortional fluctuations from a nave of a bent shaft. |

Removal
Prevention
For removal of a nave from a bent shaft it is necessary to use a stripper.
When tightening a bolt of fastening of a nave it is necessary to use a dynamometer key, I provide the shchy moment of tightening of 300 N/m.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft. |
2. Record a nave from a provorachivaniye. For this purpose manufacture the special tool of two steel strips connected by a bolt. Fix by bolts the special tool on a nave. |
3. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a nave and remove it together cranked washers. |
4. In the presence unscrew a bolt of the lower fastening of a rack of the shock-absorber of the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt and remove an axis of turn of a rack. |
5. Using a stripper, remove a nave from a bent shaft. |
6. In the presence remove a segment spline from a bent shaft. |

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish a segment spline in a groove of a bent shaft. |
2. Combine a groove in a nave with a segment spline and establish a nave on a bent shaft. |
3. Oil dish-shaped washers pure engine, then establish them by the convex party to a head of a bolt of fastening of a nave (see the drawing). |
4. Apply a thin film of engine oil on a carving of a bolt and screw in a bolt of fastening of a nave. |
5. Using the special or manufactured independently tool, block a nave from a provorachivaniye and tighten a bolt of fastening of a nave the required moment. |
6. Establish a pulley of a bent shaft. |
