6.13. Oil pallet
Prevention
Removal of the oil pallet requires use of the load-lifting mechanism, and at installation of the oil pallet it is necessary to use new laying.

Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an air inlet to the forward panel of a body and remove an air inlet. |
| 3. Remove a radiator fan casing. |
| 4. Remove the lower mudguard of the engine. |
| 5. Merge engine oil from the engine. |
| 6. Remove the forward stabilizer of cross stability. It is possible to leave the stabilizer of cross stability under the car, having unscrewed its fastening. |
| 7. Working under the car, from two parties of the engine unscrew the lower bolts of fastening of support of the power unit. |
| 8. Disconnect electric sockets from sensors of level and pressure of oil. |
| 9. On models with the automatic transmission unscrew nuts and bolts, the fixing pipes to the oil pallet. |
| 10. Unscrew nuts and bolts, the fixing pipes of the oil heater to the oil pallet and an arm of an inlet collector, and move pipes to the parties. |
| 11. Hook on slings of the load-lifting mechanism for a forward eye for raising of the engine and raise the engine. |
| 12. Remove the central steering draft and the shock-absorber of steering. |
| 13. On models with an additional side part of the oil pallet on the right side unscrew bolts and remove a side part of the oil pallet and laying. |
| 14. Unscrew two lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine. |
| 15. Raise the engine and evenly in the diagonal sequence unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pallet. Note an arrangement of bolts as bolts of various length can be used. |
| 16. Remove the oil pallet and take it from under the car. If necessary for simplification of removal of the oil pallet turn a bent shaft of the engine. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders and the oil pallet. |
| 2. Install laying on the oil pallet and install the oil pallet on the block of cylinders. Fix the oil pallet by bolts. |
| 3. Working from the center of the diagonal sequence, tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pallet. |
| 4. Lower the engine and screw in the lower bolts of fastening of support of the power unit. |
| 5. In the presence establish a vspomogatel a ny side part of the oil pallet with new laying and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment. |
| 6. Screw in the lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine. |
| 7. Establish the central steering draft and the shock-absorber of steering. |
| 8. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Fill in engine oil in the engine. |
