Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Unscrew a bolt and remove an asterisk together with a driving chain from a shaft of the oil pump.
3. On 5-and 6-cylinder engines unscrew the bolt fixing a maslopriyemny pipe to an arm.
4. Unscrew three bolts and remove the oil pump from the block of cylinders (see rice. Arrangement of a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump and bolts of fastening of the oil pump)).

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. It is possible to check only details of the safety valve of pressure of oil.
2. Unscrew a stopper of the safety valve. At the same time keep in mind that it is influenced by effort of the compressed spring.
3. Take a spring, the directing pin and the piston.
4. Clear all details, check their state and, if necessary, replace.
5. On engines with a masloulavlivayushchy plate on the block of cylinders at removal of the oil pump remove and clear a masloulavlivayushchy plate.
6. Establish details of the safety valve of pressure of oil in the sequence, the return to removal.

Installation

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments...

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installation of the oil pump fill it with pure engine oil.
2. Establish an asterisk of the oil pump by the convex party to the pump.
3. Fill in engine oil in the engine.

REPLACEMENT OF THE DRIVING CHAIN

Prevention

When replacing a chain of the drive of the oil pump it is also necessary to replace an asterisk of the oil pump.

At removal of a chain it is necessary to use an emery circle or vulkanit, for cutting of the coming-out hats of one of chain links.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Weaken a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump.
3. Using an emery circle or vulkanit, a soshlifuyta of a rivet of one of chain links.
4. Remove the fixing plate of a link of a chain and beat out a chain link.
5. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump and remove an asterisk from a pump shaft.
6. Establish a new asterisk on a shaft of the oil pump by the convex party to the pump.
7. Using the link removed from a chain, connect the end of an old chain to a new chain. Turning a bent shaft of the engine clockwise, pass a new chain around an asterisk of a bent shaft. At the same time constantly support chain branches tense so that she did not act from an asterisk of a bent shaft.
8. After an exit of a new chain disconnect from it an old chain.
9. Establish the ends of a new chain on an asterisk of the oil pump and connect them a connecting link.
10. Establish the fixing plate on a connecting link of a chain and a rasklepayta a connecting link. Check that after a rasklepyvaniye of a connecting link there were no metal agnails.
11. Tighten a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump the required moment.
12. Install the oil pallet.
