PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator and merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.
2. Unscrew screws, take assembly percussion caps and remove plastic casings from two parties of a radiator (see rice. 3. On models with petrol the engine ми unscrew screws and remove system of pipes of an air inlet from a forward cross-piece.
4. Weaken collars and remove the top and lower hose from radiator branch pipes. In the presence remove an overflow hose from the top part of a radiator (see rice. 5. Remove the clips fixing the top part of a casing of the fan of a radiator to a radiator. Lift a casing and place it over a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator. Remove a clamp, disconnect the directing casing, move it to the left and take from a motor compartment (see rice. 6. On models with the automatic transmission press the hoses going to the heat exchanger of transmission liquid, then separate connections and remove hoses from the heat exchanger (see rice. Close the open ends of tubes traffic jams.
7. Remove the metal or plastic clips fixing a radiator to a body. Remove a radiator, lifting it from rubber pillows in the lower part up (see rice. Remove a radiator fan casing from a krylchatka of the fan.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the radiator was removed in connection with reduction of capacity, wash out its stream waters in two directions.
2. Outside blow a radiator compressed air.
3. If the radiator proceeds, do not try to make or solder the place of a leakage since plastic details of a radiator will be damaged.
4. Insignificant leakage of a radiator can be eliminated with radiator sealant use.
5. Check a condition of the lower rubber support of a radiator and if necessary replace them.

Installation

 The lower fastenings of a radiator have to be established in the rubber condensing rings.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments:
– check that the lower ledges on a radiator were established in rubber support;
– check that all hoses are correctly connected and reliably fixed by collars;
– in conclusion fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.
