Removal

 Unscrew screws and disconnect the lower suspension bracket from a heater.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.
2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
3. Working in a motor compartment, weaken collars and remove giving and two returnable hoses of cooling liquid of a radiator of a heater.
Prevention

For removal of cooling liquid from a radiator of a heater give air under low pressure through one of hoses of supply of cooling liquid to a heater radiator.
4. Remove the dashboard and the central console.
5. Unscrew nuts and bolts and remove a cross-piece of the panel and a rack (see rice. An arrangement of bolts of fastening of a cross-piece of the panel at a steering column, the Arrangement of bolts of fastening of the left forward rack, the Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a rack).
6. Disconnect the plastic air ducts giving air to the top and lower part of interior of the car from exits to heaters (see rice. Detachment of the plastic air duct giving air to the top part of interior of the car, the Arrangement of the plastic air duct giving air to the lower part of interior of the car).
7. Disconnect electric sockets from a heater, then disconnect a cable of management from levers of folding shutters (see rice. Fastening of a cable of management to the lever of a folding shutter).
8. Weaken a bolt of fastening of the lock of a steering column, then insert a key into the lock of ignition and turn it in the first situation. Press the button of fixing and take the lock of a steering column.
9. Unscrew nuts and remove a heater. Remove laying of a heater from a partition of a motor compartment.
10. Disconnect the electric socket from the engine of the fan of a heater and take wires from fastening brackets.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments.
2. On the models which are not equipped with Valeo heater before installation of a heater apply a thin film of sealant on a partition of a motor compartment.
3. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.
