Removal

Prevention

On models with petrol engines for fastening of a pulley of the fan of a radiator to an arm it is necessary to use the special tool. In house conditions the tool can be manufactured of a steel wire with a diameter of 4 mm. Use of independently manufactured tool on models with diesel engines is not recommended not to damage a pulley of the fan of a radiator and the related elements.

 After unscrewing of bolts of fastening remove laying from a radiator fan pulley.

Removal of a pulley of the fan of a radiator

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator and an auxiliary driving belt.
2. Unscrew screws and remove the plastic casings located from above and under a radiator. In the presence take a hose of cooling liquid from a fastening bracket on the top casing.
3. On models with a radiator fan casing in the form of one detail remove metal spring brackets and disconnect a casing from a radiator. Remove a casing from the fan and arrange it between the engine and a krylchatka of the fan.
4. In the presence remove a clamp, turn the directing casing to the left and remove it from a radiator fan casing. Arrange the directing casing between the engine and a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator.
5. Remove metal brackets, disconnect a radiator fan casing from a radiator and take it from a motor compartment together with the directing casing.
6. On models with the petrol engine turn a radiator fan pulley in such situation until the blocking opening on a pulley is combined with dredging in an arm. For fixing of a pulley from a provorachivaniye insert the special tool or a steel core with a diameter of 4 mm through an opening in a pulley (see rice. 7. On models with diesel engines for fixing of a pulley of the fan of a radiator from a provorachivaniye it is necessary to use only the special tool which occupies the region of a pulley of the fan of a radiator and an auxiliary belt.
8. Unscrew screws and remove a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator from the coupling. On models with a fan casing in the form of one detail take a casing from a motor compartment (see rice. 9. Unscrew the central bolt and remove the coupling from a radiator fan pulley. If necessary unscrew bolts and remove a pulley from a shaft (see rice.
