| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator and merge cooling liquid from the cooling system. |
| 2. On models with the radiator fan operated by the electromagnetic coupling take off an auxiliary driving belt and the mechanism of a tension of a belt. |
| 3. Remove the thermoviscous or electromagnetic coupling of the drive of the fan of a radiator from the water pump. |
| 4. On models with the thermoviscous coupling of the drive of the fan of a radiator take off an auxiliary driving belt, then unscrew bolts and remove a pulley of the water pump. |
| 5. Weaken collars and disconnect all hoses from the water pump. Unscrew a bolt and remove a returnable pipe of a heater from the water pump and remove a sealing ring of round section from a pipe. |
| 6. Remove the generator and an arm of fastening of the generator. |
| 7. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the water pump. Disconnect a tube of the water pump and remove it together with the pump from the block of cylinders of the engine. Remove laying of the water pump. |
| 8. Take the water pump from the case and remove laying. |
