Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the filtering element of the air filter.

Engines with a turbo-supercharging

The air filter of the engine with a turbo-supercharging

A – casing of the air filter;

B – cranked branch pipe;

C – inlet air chamber;

D – sealing rings

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken collars and remove pipes from a forward part of a casing of the air filter (see rice. The air filter of the engine with a turbo-supercharging).
2. Unscrew the nuts fixing a casing of the air filter to arms.
3. On models with the sensor of temperature of the air coming to the engine and the air filter fixed in the case disconnect the electric socket from the sensor.
4. Remove a sealing ring of a cranked branch pipe from the lower part of a casing of the air filter, then take a casing of the air filter from a motor compartment.

Engines without turbo-supercharging

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the executive mechanism of management of temperature of the air coming to the engine.
2. Unscrew lobbies and back fastenings of a casing of the air filter and take from them rubber support (see rice. The air filter of the diesel engine without turbonaduv).
3. Remove a casing of the air filter from an inlet collector and remove from it rubber consolidation.

Installation

1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
