5.10.1. Mechanism of a tension of a driving chain

Prevention

At installation of the cap-type nut of the mechanism of a tension it is necessary to use a new sealing ring.

Installation of a new chain

At installation of a new chain support chain branches in constantly tense situation.

And – a new driving chain;
In – an old driving chain;
With – an asterisk of the camshaft operating final valves

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Unscrew bolts and remove a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator.
3. Take off an auxiliary driving belt.
4. In the presence remove the air pump.
5. Close the generator pure rags.
6. On one turn unscrew a stopper of the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain (see rice. Unscrewing of a stopper of the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain).
7. Unscrew assembled the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain from the engine (see fig. of Vyvinchivaniye assembled of the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain).
8. Unscrew a cover and take a pin and a spring from the tension mechanism case.
9. Squeeze out from the tension mechanism case a plunger with a bracket.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear details of the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain and check lack of wear on a plunger and the case.
2. Check a condition of a bracket and a spring of the mechanism of a tension and, if necessary, replace them.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw in the case of the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain with a new sealing ring in the block of cylinders and tighten the required moment.
2. Insert a plunger with a bracket into the tension mechanism case, then establish a spring and a pin.
3. Screw in in the tension mechanism case a stopper with a new sealing ring and tighten it the required moment.
4. In the presence install the air pump.
5. Establish an auxiliary driving belt.
6. Establish a krylchatka of the fan of a radiator.
7. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
