TOP USPOKOITEL OF THE DRIVING CHAIN
Removal
Removal of the top uspokoitel of a driving chain from adjusting pins
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 2. Remove the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain. |
| 3. Establish a wrench on camshaft lysk behind a cover of the bearing No. 5 and turn the camshaft operating final valves clockwise to remove a tension of a driving chain on an uspokoitel. |
| 4. Remove the top uspokoitel of a driving chain from adjusting pins (see rice. Removal of the top uspokoitel of a driving chain from adjusting pins). |

| 1. Check a condition of the top uspokoitel of a driving chain for lack of wear, damages or cracks and if necessary, replace it. |

THE LOWER USPOKOITEL OF THE DRIVING CHAIN ON THE ENGINE OF 3,0 L
Removal
Removal of the lower uspokoitel of a driving chain from adjusting pins
Release of the brackets of fastening connecting both halves of the lower uspokoitel of a chain
Division of internal and external halves of the lower uspokoitel of a chain
Check

| 1. Check a condition of the lower uspokoitel of a chain for lack of wear, damages or cracks and if necessary, replace it. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish a driving chain on an internal part of an uspokoitel, then establish an external part of an uspokoitel and fix by brackets. |
| 2. Establish a driving chain on an asterisk of the camshaft operating inlet valves, having combined tags on an asterisk and a chain. |
| 3. Establish an intermediate asterisk and fix it by a bolt with the left carving. |
| 4. Establish the lower cover of a driving chain. |

LOWER USPOKOITEL OF THE DRIVING CHAIN OF ENGINES 2,8 AND 3,2 L
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a boot of the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain. |
| 2. Apply combination tags on a driving chain and asterisks of camshafts. |
| 3. Remove a driving chain from asterisks of camshafts. |
| 4. Move a driving chain forward and remove from adjusting pins an uspokoitel of a chain. |
