PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Turn a bent shaft of the engine before combination of a tag 30 ° to the top dead point on a pulley of a bent shaft with lateral face of an arm of the sensor of an angle of rotation of a bent shaft.
3. Remove the top cover of a driving chain.
4. Using paint, apply combination tags on a link of a driving chain and an asterisk, then unscrew bolts of fastening of an asterisk (see rice. Unscrewing of bolts of fastening of an asterisk of the camshaft). Carry out fixing of the camshaft from a provorachivaniye a wrench for lysk behind the fifth cover of the bearing of the camshaft.
5. Remove an asterisk from the camshaft (see rice. Removal of an asterisk from the camshaft operating final valves). Remove a segment spline or an adjusting pin from the forward end of the camshaft.
6. Take an asterisk from a driving chain and fix a chain, keeping it in constantly tense situation.

1. Check a condition of teeths on an asterisk. Teeths on an asterisk have the symmetric form and in case of development on the one hand of teeths the asterisk needs to be replaced.

Installation

1. Check that the bent shaft of the engine is in situation on 30 ° to the top dead point of the piston of the first cylinder.
2. Establish a segment spline or an adjusting pin on the forward end of the camshaft.
3. Establish an asterisk in a chain, having combined earlier made tags.
4. Install an asterisk on the camshaft and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.
5. Establish the top uspokoitel of a chain and the mechanism of a tension.
6. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

3. For the correct repeated installation of an asterisk apply a tag on an external end face of an asterisk.
4. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an intermediate asterisk (the left carving) remove an asterisk and the basic plug (see rice. Removal of an intermediate asterisk of a driving chain).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Remove the lower uspokoitel of a chain and a boot of the mechanism of a tension.

4. Take off a boot of the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain of the oil pump, a spring and the plug from a hinged finger.
5. Apply combination tags on a link of a driving chain and an asterisk of a bent shaft and remove a driving chain from an asterisk.
6. Remove a segment spline from the forward end of a bent shaft.
7. Using a stripper, remove an asterisk from a bent shaft (see rice. Removal of an asterisk of a bent shaft).

4. Install the plug, a spring and a boot of the mechanism of a tension on a hinged finger.
5. Pass a chain of the drive of the oil pump around a tension mechanism boot, install an asterisk with a chain on the oil pump and fix by a bolt, having tightened it the required moment. The convex party of an asterisk has to be from the oil pump.
6. Check correctness of installation of a spring of a natyazhitel of a driving chain of the oil pump (see rice. Arrangement of the ends of a spring of a natyazhitel of a chain of the drive of the oil pump).
7. Establish a boot of the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain and the lower uspokoitel of a chain.
8. Install the oil pallet.
