Installation of the engine on the special stand considerably facilitates assembly processes - dismantling. Before installation of the engine shoot a flywheel and a back sealing ring of a bent shaft with the stand. In the absence of the stand dismantling of the engine on a floor is possible. At work in these conditions observe extra care.
First of all it is necessary to remove the following knots from the engine:
– oil filter;
– generator;
– pump of the amplifier of steering;
– arms of support of the power unit;
– thermostat and casing of the thermostat;
– a pipe for the probe of measurement of level of engine oil;
– plait of wires and all electric switches; and sensors;
– inlet and final collectors;
– coil and spark plugs.
If it is necessary to make only repair of the block of cylinders, a bent shaft, pistons and rods, it is necessary to remove a head of the block of cylinders, the oil pallet, the oil pump and a driving chain.
In need of carrying out complete capital repairs it is necessary to remove from the engine:
– inlet and final collectors;
– driving chain and mechanism of a tension;
– head of the block of cylinders;
– drive flywheel / plate;
– oil pallet;
– oil pump;
– pistons with rods;
– bent shaft.
