| 1. Remove the transmission. |
| 2. Remove the lower mudguard of the engine. |
| 3. Merge engine oil from the engine. |
| 4. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system. |
| 5. Remove the air filter. |
| 6. Remove a radiator and the fan of a radiator. |
| 7. For prevention close the condenser from damage of the condenser of the air conditioning system a leaf of a cardboard. |
| 8. On the forward party of a head of the block of cylinders unscrew nuts and disconnect pipelines from the hydraulic pump of system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket (see rice. Places of fastening of pipelines to the pump of system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket). |
| 9. On models with the air conditioning system take off an auxiliary driving belt and disconnect wires from air conditioning system compressor. |
| 10. Note an arrangement and unscrew elements of the mechanism of a tension of a driving belt and remove them from the engine (see rice. Removal of the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt, the Arrangement of elements of the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt on models with the rack of the shock-absorber established under the tension mechanism, the Arrangement of elements of the mechanism of a tension of an auxiliary driving belt on models with the rack of the shock-absorber established over the tension mechanism). |
| 11. On models without rack of the shock-absorber unscrew a bolt and remove the tension mechanism. |
| 12. On models with the rack of the shock-absorber established under the tension mechanism unscrew the bolt of fastening of the lower end of a rack of the shock-absorber and two bolts fixing the tension mechanism. Then unscrew the central bolt of the mechanism of a tension and remove tension mechanism elements. |
| 13. On models with the rack of the shock-absorber established over the tension mechanism unscrew a pulley of the pump of the amplifier of steering and a pulley of the mechanism of a tension. |
| 14. Unscrew a shock-absorber rack from a tension mechanism arm. |
| 15. Unscrew a shock-absorber rack from a generator arm. |
| 16. Unscrew a nut behind an arm, then unscrew two bolts fixing a tension mechanism arm to a cover of a driving chain. |
| 17. Unscrew the central bolt of the mechanism of a tension, then remove the tension mechanism with an arm. |
| 18. Unscrew a pulley from the pump of the amplifier of steering. |
| 19. Unscrew a back arm of fastening of the pump of the amplifier of steering, the compressor of the air conditioning system and block of cylinders and remove an arm (see rice. Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a back arm of the pump of the amplifier of steering and compressor of the air conditioning system). |
| 20. Unscrew the pump of the amplifier of steering and move it aside, without disconnecting from it hoses. |
| 21. On models with system кондициониро a vaniye of air unscrew bolts of fastening of the compressor and move it aside, without disconnecting from it hoses. |
| 22. In the presence unscrew an arm of support of connection of a pipe with a hose from a forward left corner of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 23. Disconnect electric wires from the generator. |
| 24. Over a partition of a motor compartment unscrew nuts, weaken brackets and remove a casing of a plait of wires (see rice. Arrangement of the nuts and brackets fixing a casing of a plait of wires). |
| 25. Disconnect the electric socket of the main plait of wires which is located on a partition of a motor compartment, unscrew screws and remove the socket. |
| 26. Disconnect a wire from the positive plug of the accumulator, then disconnect wires from plugs in an accumulator compartment, then take wires via the body panel in a motor compartment. |
| 27. Mark and disconnect all electric sockets from engine knots. Unscrew or disconnect all wires or plaits of wires from brackets of fastening or arms on the engine. |
| 28. Mark and disconnect all vacuum hoses from the engine. |
| 29. Disconnect draft of an accelerator from the lever of a butterfly valve. |
| 30. Take off pressure in fuel system. |
| 31. Unscrew connecting nuts, then disconnect the giving and returnable fuel-supply lines from the carburetor / distributor of the fuel / regulator of pressure of fuel. |
| 32. Weaken a collar and remove a hose of supply of cooling liquid to a heater from the left back part of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 33. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector. |
| 34. Hook on the engine slings грузоподъ the pit mechanism and raise so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism. |
| 35. Establish the steel or cardboard sheet between a back part of a head of the block of cylinders and a partition of a motor compartment to exclude damage when raising the engine (see rice. An arrangement of a protective leaf between a back part of a head of the block of cylinders and a partition of a motor compartment). |
| 36. In conclusion check that all hoses, pipes and electric sockets are disconnected from the engine. |
| 37. Working under the car, from two parties of the engine unscrew the lower bolts of fastening of support of the power unit. |
| 38. Being careful, take the engine from a motor compartment. At extraction of the engine, if necessary, incline and turn it so that it did not damage a motor compartment. |
