PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. On 4-cylinder petrol engines merge cooling liquid from the cooling system, remove a radiator and the air filter.
2. Take off an auxiliary driving belt from a pulley of the water pump.
3. Unscrew the central bolt of fastening and remove the radiator fan from an axis of the water pump (see rice. Tightening of the central bolt of fastening of the coupling of the fan of a radiator, Unscrewing of the central bolt of fastening of the fan of a radiator).
4. Unscrew bolts and remove a pulley from the water pump (see rice. Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a pulley of the water pump).
5. On early models unscrew three bolts fixing the coupling case to the water pump, remove the coupling, disconnect electric sockets and take the coupling from a motor compartment (see rice. 6. On later models unscrew the fastening bolts on a back part of the case of the electromagnetic coupling fixing the coupling to an arm. Remove an electromagnet the ny coupling, disconnect electric sockets and take the coupling from a motor compartment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Check that washers on a bolt of fastening of the fan of a radiator are correctly located (see rice. An arrangement of washers on a bolt of fastening of the fan of a radiator) also tighten all bolts of fastening the required moment.
