PULLEY OF THE BENT SHAFT / QUENCHER OF TORTIONAL FLUCTUATIONS
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. In the presence remove the lower mudguard of the engine. |
| 3. Remove a radiator and a krylchatka of the fan. |
| 4. Weaken bolts of fastening of a pulley of the fan of a radiator and take off an auxiliary driving belt. |
| 5. Unscrew bolts and remove a radiator fan pulley. |
| 6. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a pulley of a bent shaft / a quencher of tortional fluctuations from a nave. |

| 1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |

NAVE
Prevention
For removal of a nave from a bent shaft it is necessary to use a stripper.
When tightening a bolt of fastening of a nave it is necessary to use a dynamometer key, I provide the shchy moment of tightening of 300 N/m.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft / a quencher of tortional fluctuations from a nave. |
| 2. Record a nave from a provorachivaniye. For this purpose manufacture the special tool of two steel strips connected by a bolt. Fix by bolts the special tool on a nave. |
| 3. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a nave and remove it together with dish-shaped washers. |
| 4. Using a stripper, remove a nave from a bent shaft. |
| 5. In the presence remove a segment spline from a bent shaft. |

Installation

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish a segment spline in a groove of a bent shaft. |
| 2. For simplification of installation of a nave heat it to temperature of 50 °C. |
| 3. Combine a groove in a nave with a segment spline and establish a nave on a bent shaft. |
| 4. Oil dish-shaped washers pure engine, then establish them by the convex party to a head of a bolt of fastening of a nave (see the drawing). |
| 5. Apply a thin film of engine oil on a carving of a bolt and screw in a bolt of fastening of a nave. |
| 6. Using the special or manufactured independently tool, block a nave from a provorachivaniye and tighten a bolt of fastening of a nave the required moment. |
| 7. Establish a pulley of a bent shaft / a quencher of tortional fluctuations. |
