Removal

Arrangement of bolts of fastening of the oil pump

1 – bolts of fastening of the oil pump;

2 – a bolt of fastening of a maslopriyemny pipe to an arm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the oil pump and remove an asterisk together with a driving chain.
3. Unscrew a bolt, the fixing arm of a maslopriyemny pipe.
4. Unscrew three bolts of fastening of the oil pump and remove the oil pump from the block of cylinders (see rice. Arrangement of bolts of fastening of the oil pump).

Check

Safety valve of pressure of oil

1 – stopper;

2 – spring;

3 – the directing pin;

4 – piston

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew a stopper of the safety valve of pressure. At the same time be careful as on a stopper strongly compressed spring (see rice presses. Safety valve of pressure of oil).
2. Take a spring, the directing pin and the piston.
3. Clear details of the safety valve of pressure of oil, check their state and if necessary replace.
4. You make assembly of the safety valve of pressure of oil in the sequence, the return dismantling.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments. Before installation of the oil pump fill in in it pure engine oil.
2. Establish an asterisk of the oil pump by the convex party to the pump.
