4.13. Oil pallet

Prevention

At removal of the oil pallet use of the load-lifting mechanism is necessary. At installation of the oil pallet it is necessary to use new laying and new nuts of fastening of the exhaust system.

Removal

2 – bolts of fastening of the oil pallet to the block of cylinders of the engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Remove an engine mudguard.
4. Remove the forward stabilizer of cross stability.
5. Merge engine oil from the engine.
6. In the presence disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of level of the oil installed in the oil pallet.
7. Remove a casing of the fan of a radiator and arrange it over a krylchatka of the fan.
8. Disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector.
9. Unscrew nuts and remove an exhaust pipe from an arm on the transmission.
10. For protection of tubes and a partition of a motor compartment establish a steel plate with a cut on a partition of a motor compartment (see rice. Installation of a steel plate with a cut on a partition of a motor compartment).
11. Remove the central steering draft and the shock-absorber of steering.
12. Unscrew two lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine.
13. Hook on the engine slings грузоподъ the pit mechanism and raise so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.
14. From two parties of the engine unscrew the lower bolts of fastening of support of the engine.
15. For access to bolts of fastening of the oil pallet slightly raise the engine.
16. Evenly and in the diagonal sequence unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pallet. Note an arrangement of bolts as they have different length (see rice. Arrangement of bolts of fastening of the oil pallet).
17. Remove the oil pallet and take it from under the car. Remove laying of the oil pallet.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders of the engine.
2. Install the oil pallet with new laying on the block of cylinders and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.
3. Lower the engine and screw in the lower bolts of fastening of support of the engine.
4. Remove slings of the load-lifting mechanism from the engine.
5. Screw in the lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine.
6. Install the shock-absorber of the steering mechanism and the central steering draft.
7. Using new nuts, fix an exhaust pipe on a transmission arm.
8. Connect a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector.
9. Establish a radiator fan casing.
10. Connect the electric socket to the oil level sensor.
11. Install the forward stabilizer of cross stability.
12. Check that the masloslivny stopper is installed in the oil pallet and establish an engine mudguard.
13. Install the air filter.
14. Lower the car and fill in engine oil in the engine.
15. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
