Forward door

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. If the car has power windows or is equipped with the central lock, remove a door upholstery.
3. Disconnect electric sockets and a vacuum hose of the central lock from the electric equipment located at doors. Note an arrangement, then take an electrical wiring and a vacuum hose from fastening brackets. Remove a rubber sealing ring from a forward end face of a door and take an electrical wiring and a vacuum hose from a door.
4. Using a pencil or a marker, note an arrangement of hinges on a door rack.
5. Remove a bracket of fastening and a washer and take a hinged pin, the fixing limiter of opening of a door to a forward rack. If the hinged pin sits very densely, using a drift and the hammer, beat out it. Remove a rubber protective cover from an end face of a door (see rice. 6. While the assistant supports a door, unscrew bolts of fastening of a door and remove it from the car (see rice. Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a forward door).
7. Check a condition of hinges of a door for existence of wear and damages. In need of replacement of hinges of a door note their arrangement on a door, then unscrew bolts and remove hinges from a door. On tags install the new hinge and fix it by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.

Back door

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install a door on the car and acquire bolts of fastening of the hinge of a door. Level door hinges according to the tags put before removal then tighten bolts of fastening of the hinge the required moment.
2. Move a rubber protective cover on the limiter, then combine the limiter of opening of a door with an arm and establish a hinged pin and a washer and fix it by a bracket. Establish a rubber protective cover on a forward end face of a door.
3. In the presence stretch a vacuum hose and an electrical wiring at a door and establish rubber consolidation into place. Check correctness of an arrangement of a hose and electric conducting and fix them by brackets.
4. After installation of a door check that the gap on perimeter of a door was everywhere identical, and also that the external surface of a door was aflush with other elements of a body. For adjustment of a gap on perimeter of a door weaken bolts of fastening of hinges of a door and, moving a door, adjust its situation then tighten fastening bolts.
5. For installation of a door aflush with other elements of a body weaken bolts of fastening of the hinge of a door to a door and adjust the provision of a door then tighten fastening bolts.
6. Check that the door lock accurately comes on the shock plate located on a rack. If adjustment is necessary, weaken the screws fixing a shock plate, move a shock plate and tighten fastening screws.
7. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
