3.13.3. Installation
Prevention
At installation of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to use new laying. Take laying from tight packing just before installation on the block of cylinders.
Sequence of tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish collectors on a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 2. Check that adjusting tags of cranked and distributive shaft are combined with indexes. |
| 3. Check that new laying of a head of the block of cylinders has the same type, as the original and that marking of TORAHS or OBEN is directed up. Install laying of a head of the block of cylinders on the directing pins on the block of cylinders. |
| 4. Establish a head of the block of cylinders on the directing pins. |
| 5. Apply a thin film of engine oil on a carving and the basis of a head of bolts. Insert bolts into a head of the block of cylinders and tighten them by hand at this stage. |
| 6. Gradually and consistently tighten all bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders the required moment and in several stages in the sequence shown in the drawing. |
| 7. Screw up three bolts of fastening of the top part of a cover of a driving chain to a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 8. Install the generator. |
| 9. In the presence establish an arm of a pipe of the air conditioning system on a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 10. Connect the giving and returnable fuel hoses. |
| 11. Connect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes to the union of an inlet collector. |
| 12. Connect all earlier removed hoses and electric sockets to a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 13. Connect to a back part of a head of the block of cylinders a hose of supply of cooling liquid to a heater. |
| 14. Establish a fastening rack on an inlet collector. |
| 15. Connect and, if necessary, adjust an accelerator cable to the lever of a butterfly valve. |
| 16. Screw a pipe for the probe of measurement of level of oil. |
| 17. Connect a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector. |
| 18. Establish an auxiliary driving belt. |
| 19. Establish the top uspokoitel of a chain and a camshaft asterisk. |
| 20. Install the air filter. |
| 21. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system. |
| 22. Connect a wire of mass of the accumulator. |
