PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On models till May, 1990 merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.
2. Remove the dashboard.
3. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
4. Working in a motor compartment, weaken collars and remove giving and two returnable hoses of cooling liquid of a radiator of a heater.
Prevention

For removal of cooling liquid from a radiator of a heater give air under low pressure through one of hoses of supply of cooling liquid to a heater radiator.
5. On models since May, 1990 remove a heater from the car.
6. Release brackets, unscrew screws and remove the top casing of a heater (see rice. Removal of the top casing of a totpitel).
7. Remove clips from pipes of giving and return of cooling liquid.
8. Unscrew screws and remove the giving and returnable pipes from a heater radiator (see rice. An arrangement of screws of fastening of pipes to a heater radiator). Remove sealing rings of round section.
Prevention

On models since May, 1990 the third connection is located in the lower part of a radiator of a heater and can be disconnected only after extraction of a radiator of a heater from the heater block.
9. Unscrew screws and take a heater radiator from the heater block.
10. Clear a casing of a radiator of a heater and wipe the remains of cooling liquid which, perhaps, filtered from an old radiator of a heater.

Removal on models with Valeo heater

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a heater.
2. Unscrew screws and disconnect giving and returnable pipes from lateral face of a heater.
3. Unscrew screws and remove the panel on the left side of a heater.
4. Remove a cable of management from the lever of the main folding shutter on the left lower side of a heater.
5. Remove brackets, unscrew screws and divide forward and back half of a casing of a heater.
6. Unscrew screws and disconnect giving and returnable pipes from a heater radiator. Remove sealing rings of round section.
7. Take a heater radiator from a casing.
8. Clear a casing of a radiator of a heater and wipe traces of cooling liquid which, perhaps, could get from an old radiator of a heater.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments.
2. Establish new sealing rings on connections of the giving and returnable pipes to a heater radiator.
3. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.
