PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Remove a krylchatka of the fan and a casing of the fan of a radiator.
3. In the presence remove the pump of system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket and move it aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.
4. Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
5. Turn a bent shaft of the engine and install the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point. Check that all adjusting tags were combined with indexes.
6. Remove the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain.
7. Using paint, apply a combination tag on an asterisk of the camshaft and a link of a driving chain.
8. A wrench fix the camshaft from a provorachivaniye for a facet in a back part of the camshaft and unscrew a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the camshaft (see rice. 9. Remove an asterisk from the camshaft and take it from a driving chain. At the same time support a chain in constantly tense situation in order that she did not act from an asterisk of an intermediate shaft or a bent shaft (see rice. Removal of an asterisk from the camshaft).
10. Remove a segment spline from the camshaft.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of teeths on an asterisk. Teeths on an asterisk have симметрич the ny form and in case of development on the one hand of teeths the asterisk needs to be replaced.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a segment spline in a camshaft groove.
2. Check that adjusting tags of distributive and cranked shaft are combined with indexes. At installation of a new asterisk apply on it a tag in the same place, as on an old asterisk.
3. Insert an asterisk into a chain according to earlier put tags.
4. Install an asterisk on the camshaft. On models with a single-row chain the ledge of a nave of an asterisk has to be directed to the camshaft, and on models with a two-row chain the curved party of an asterisk has to be directed to the camshaft.
5. Fix the camshaft from a provorachivaniye and screw in a bolt of fastening of an asterisk, having tightened it the required moment.
6. Install the mechanism of a tension of a driving chain.
7. For a bolt of a pulley of a bent shaft turn a bent shaft of the engine on two whole revolutions and check that all adjusting tags were combined with indexes. Otherwise remove an asterisk from the camshaft and move a chain on one tooth of an asterisk.
8. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
9. Install the system pump самовырав нивающейся a back suspension bracket.
10. Establish a krylchatka of the fan and a casing.
11. Install the air filter.
