PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a camshaft asterisk.
2. Screw in an additional bolt in one of adjusting pins of the top uspokoitel of a chain.
3. Using the inertial hammer with captures, for a head of an additional bolt take an adjusting pin of an uspokoitel of a chain (see rice. 4. Similarly take the second adjusting pin of the top uspokoitel of a chain. At the same time you watch that the uspokoitel of a chain did not move a chain.
5. Remove the top uspokoitel of a chain from a head of the block of cylinders (see rice. Removal of the top uspokoitel of a driving chain).
6. Check a condition of the top uspokoitel of a chain for existence of wear, cracks and damages and, if necessary, replace it.
7. Establish the top uspokoitel of a chain into place and fix him by adjusting pins, having hammered them half into a head of the block of cylinders.
8. Apply a thin film of sealant on the acting part of each adjusting pin and then completely hammer pins into a head of the block of cylinders.
9. Establish a camshaft asterisk.
