| 1. Check that the washer of adjustment of an axial side play of the camshaft is established about the forward bearing. |
| 2. Grease necks and cams of the camshaft and bearings in covers and a head of the block of cylinders with pure engine oil and install the camshaft in a head of the block of cylinders. Turn the camshaft so that dredging on a flange in a forward part of the camshaft was combined with the top plane of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 3. Install contact washers on the top part of valves. |
| 4. Establish covers of bearings of the camshaft, and marking of covers has to be from a final collector. |
| 5. Establish an oil spray, and openings for supply of oil in a spray have to be combined with a sootvetstvo yushchy openings in covers of bearings of the camshaft. |
| 6. Insert bolts of fastening of covers of bearings of the camshaft and tighten them by hand, then in the diagonal sequence tighten bolts of fastening of covers gradually, turning each bolt on a half of a turn for one pass until each cover does not concern a head of the block of cylinders. Then in the same sequence tighten bolts the required moment. |
| 7. Check that adjusting tags of the mechanism of gas distribution were combined with indexes, then establish a camshaft asterisk. |
| 8. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 9. Install the air filter. |
