9.9.1.4. Diaphragm of control of the gate

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mark and disconnect electric sockets and vacuum hoses from a gate casing.
2. Unscrew screws and remove a casing of a bimetallic spring from a gate casing. At the same time do not disconnect hoses of supply of cooling liquid. Remove laying.
3. Take connecting draft from a spherical nest on the lever of a butterfly valve.
4. Unscrew three screws and remove a gate casing from the carburetor case. Remove laying.
5. Remove a lock ring and take the lever of a butterfly valve together with laying.
6. Unscrew screws and uncover a diaphragm of control of the gate and laying.
7. Remove a lock ring and move the drive lever with a cam of the accelerated idling turns forward in order that it was possible to disconnect draft of a diaphragm.
8. Take a diaphragm and draft from a gate casing.
9. Check a condition of a diaphragm and, with defects in the form of cracks or through openings, replace it.
10. Establish a diaphragm and draft in a gate casing, then establish a spring and a cover with new laying and fix by screws.
11. Connect the gate drive lever to draft of a diaphragm of control of the gate and record a lock ring.
12. Adjust position of the lever of a butterfly valve for what move draft of a diaphragm up to an emphasis, and the drive lever to the left so that it was established opposite to draft of a diaphragm (i.e. in the provision of the accelerated idling turns). At the same time the lever of the gate has to be installed in the center of the step second from above on a cam of the accelerated idling turns. Otherwise for installation of the lever of the drive turn in his shoulder.
13. Move the drive lever to the left against the stop to the provision of start of the engine. At the same time the lever of the gate has to be installed on the top step of a cam of the accelerated idling. Otherwise for installation of the lever of the drive turn in a lever shoulder.
14. Move the drive lever to the right against the stop to the provision of normal idling. At the same time the lever of the gate should not lean against steps of a cam of the accelerated idling.
15. After adjustment of the lever of the gate remove the lever, establish protective laying, then again install the lever and fix by a lock ring.
16. Install on the carburetor a gate casing with new laying and fix by screws.
17. Install a casing of a bimetallic spring with new laying on the case of the gate so that the ledge of a spring was combined with the gate drive lever. Combine tags on casings of the gate and a bimetallic spring and fix a casing of a bimetallic spring by screws.
18. Fix draft in a spherical nest of a butterfly valve.
19. According to earlier made marking connect electric sockets and vacuum hoses to the gate case.
