Removal

Fastening of a fuel nozzle on the 6-cylinder engine

1 – nut of fastening of a fuel-supply line;

2 – the screw of fastening of the fixing bracket

Fastening of fuel nozzles on 4-cylinder engines

1 – nut of fastening of a fuel-supply line;

2 – a nut of fastening of the holding plate

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off pressure in fuel system.
2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
3. Remove the air filter.
4. On the distributor of fuel weaken connections of the fuel-supply lines going from fuel nozzles. Holding a fuel nozzle from a provorachivaniye a wrench, unscrew connections of pipelines on fuel nozzles and move pipelines aside. On 4-cylinder engines unscrew the central nuts and remove plates of fastening of fuel nozzles. On 6-cylinder engines unscrew the screw and remove the fixing bracket of a fuel nozzle (see rice. 5. Take fuel nozzles from a head of the block of cylinders and remove from them sealing rings.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At installation of fuel nozzles it is necessary to use new sealing rings.
