23:10. Fastener of a back nave
Prevention
At installation of the fastener of a back nave it is necessary to use a new external hinged bolt and a nut of the spherical hinge of a control lever and the lower lever and a new nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a protective cap of a nave and, using the hammer and a drift, beat out a fillet of a nut of fastening of a power shaft from a groove of a power shaft. Weaken a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave and bolts of fastening of a wheel. |
| 2. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. |
| 3. Remove the corresponding back wheel. |
| 4. Remove a brake disk. |
| 5. Unscrew screws and remove a casing from the basis of the lower lever of a back suspension bracket. Support by a jack through wooden whetstone the lower lever of a back suspension bracket. |
| 6. Unscrew a nut and take a hinged bolt, the fixing lower lever of a back suspension bracket to the nave fastener. |
| 7. Supporting the nave fastener, unscrew nuts and take hinged bolts, the fixing top and lower levers to the nave fastener. |
| 8. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave and remove a nave together with the fastener from shlits of a power shaft. If the nave densely sits on vents of a power shaft, using a kiyanka, bring down her from a power shaft. |
9. After removal of the fastener with a nave from a power shaft, using a soft wire, tie a power shaft to the car bottom.
Prevention
Do not allow sagging of a power shaft under a body weight as it can damage the internal hinge of equal angular speeds of a power shaft.

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Combine nave vents with vents of a power shaft and establish a nave with the fastener on a power shaft. |
| 2. Combine the nave fastener with levers of a back suspension bracket and establish hinged bolts. Screw new nuts on hinged bolts, but do not tighten them finally. |
| 3. Insert a hinged bolt of fastening of the lower lever of a back suspension bracket to the fastener of a nave and screw a new nut, without tightening it it is final. Oil a carving of a new nut pure engine and screw it on the end of a power shaft and tighten the required moment. Using the hammer and a drift, fuller a nut fillet in a groove of a power shaft. |
| 4. Establish a brake disk. |
| 5. Establish wheels, then lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the required moment. |
6. Shake the car for installation of all elements of a back suspension bracket in the normal state. Tighten all nuts of fastening of the fastener of a nave the required moment. Install the protection cover on the basis of the lower lever of a back suspension bracket and fix it by screws.
Prevention
After removal and installation of the fastener of a back nave it is necessary to check the angles of installation of back wheels.
