23:14. Levers of a back suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If it is at the same time necessary to remove several levers of a back suspension bracket, support by a jack through wooden whetstone the lower lever of a back suspension bracket.
2. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. Remove the corresponding back wheel.

The top lever defining disorder

Fastening of the top lever defining disorder
1 – internal hinged bolt;
2 – external hinged bolt;
3 – adjusting plug;
4 – lever;
L = 314 ± 0,5 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew a nut and take a hinged bolt, the fixing lever to the nave fastener (see rice. Fastening of the top lever defining disorder).
2. Unscrew a nut and take a hinged bolt, the fixing lever defining disorder of a back wheel to the lower frame, and take the lever from under the car.
3. If necessary, a vypressuyta the adjusting plug from the lever from the fastener.
4. Check a condition of the lever for existence of mechanical damages. Pay special attention to rubber plugs of the lever and check them for existence of cracks and aging and, if necessary, replace them.

Top jet lever

1 – internal hinged bolt;
2 – external hinged bolt;
3 – lever;
L = 247 ± 0,5 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew a nut and take a hinged bolt, the fixing lever to the nave fastener (see rice. Elements of fastening of the top jet lever).
2. Unscrew a nut and take a hinged bolt, the fixing lever defining disorder of a back wheel to the lower frame, and take the lever from under the car.
3. Check a condition of the lever for existence of mechanical damages. Pay special attention to rubber plugs of the lever and check them for existence of cracks and aging and, if necessary, replace them.

Lower lever of compensation of axial pressure

1 – internal hinged bolt;
2 – external hinged bolt;
3 – adjusting plug;
4 – lever;
L = 314 ± 0,5 mm

2. Unscrew a nut and take a hinged bolt, the fixing lever defining disorder of a back wheel to the lower frame, and take the lever from under the car. If necessary, a vypressuyta the adjusting plug from the lever from the fastener.
3. Check a condition of the lever for existence of mechanical damages. Pay special attention to rubber plugs of the lever and check them for existence of cracks and aging and, if necessary, replace them.

The lower directing lever

Elements of fastening of the lower directing lever
1 – internal hinged bolt;
2 – nut;
3 – external hinged bolt;
4 – lever;
L = 245 ± 0,5 mm

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before removal of the lever apply combination tags on an internal hinged bolt, eccentric washers and the lower frame (see rice. Elements of fastening of the lower directing lever). These tags need to be used at installation of the lever for preservation of a convergence of back wheels.
2. Unscrew a nut, remove an eccentric washer and take a hinged bolt, the fixing lever to the lower frame.
3. Unscrew a nut from a pin of the spherical hinge, then take the spherical hinge from the fastener of a nave and remove the lever. At removal of a pin of the spherical hinge and fastener of a nave it is necessary to use a stripper.
4. Check a condition of the plug for existence of wear and damages, and also check freedom of movement of the spherical hinge and a condition of its protective cover. If necessary replace the lever.
