Removal

Arrangement of bolts of fastening of a clip of fastening of the stabilizer of cross stability

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports.
2. Unscrew nuts, the fixing stabilizer earrings to the stabilizer of cross stability.
3. Note mutual position of plugs and the stabilizer of cross stability, then unscrew two bolts of fastening of fixing clips of the stabilizer and remove clips (see the drawing). Note an arrangement and remove rubber pillows from the stabilizer of cross stability. Remove the stabilizer of cross stability. For this purpose, perhaps, it will be required to disconnect the driveshaft from reverse main gear and to weaken bolts of fastening of the case of the central bearing of the driveshaft.
4. Support by a jack through wooden whetstone the lower frame of a back suspension bracket.
5. Unscrew the bolts fixing the lower frame of a back suspension bracket to a body and, being careful, lower the lower frame and take the stabilizer of cross stability.
Prevention

On models with anti-blocking system of brakes, lowering the lower frame, be careful not to tear a wire of the back sensor.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the stabilizer of cross stability into place and screw it on stabilizer earrings.
2. If necessary lift the lower frame of a back suspension bracket into place and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment. Connect the driveshaft to reverse main gear and tighten bolts of fastening of an arm of the central bearing of the driveshaft.
3. According to tags install on the stabilizer of cross stability rubber pillows so that cuts of rubber pillows were directed to a forward part of the car. Establish fixing clips on rubber pillows of the stabilizer and fix them by new bolts, without tightening bolts finally.
4. Screw new nuts of fastening of the stabilizer of cross resistance to earrings and tighten them the required moment. Tighten the required moment bolts of fastening of fixing clips of the stabilizer of cross stability.
5. Establish back wheels, then lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the required moment.
