Removal of pressure and filling of hydraulic system
Removal of pressure
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Before a detachment of any of hoses it is necessary to take off pressure in hydraulic system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket. |
| 2. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. |
| 3. Working under the car, clear the pumping union in the top part of the control unit of system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket. |
| 4. Dress a pure transparent hose which other end place in capacity on the pumping union. |
| 5. Weaken the pumping union on the control unit, merge 500 mm of liquid in capacity and tighten the pumping union the required moment. |

Filling of hydraulic system at the lifted back part of the car
Prevention
At installation it is necessary to use a new nut of fastening of connecting draft of the control unit.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Raise liquid level in the accumulator of pressure of a control system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket to the maximum mark. |
| 2. Unscrew a nut, the fixing connecting thirst for the control unit lever. Remove draft from the lever and move the lever up to an emphasis. |
| 3. Start the engine, then increase engine turns to 2 000 – 3 000 rpm and let's it work on these turns during 30 sec., then switch off the engine. |
| 4. Connect connecting draft to the control unit lever, having established it in an external opening of the lever, then screw a new nut of fastening and tighten it the required moment. |
| 5. Check liquid level in the accumulator of pressure of system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket. |

Filling of system on the car installed on wheels
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Raise liquid level on the accumulator of pressure of system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket to the maximum mark. |
| 2. Put freight weighing 120 kg in a luggage carrier. At the same time the control unit will be installed in such situation at which it is possible to fill and pump over hydraulic system. |
| 3. Start the engine, increase its turns to 2 000 – 3 000 rpm and let's it work on these turns 1 minute, then switch off it. |
| 4. Take freight from a luggage carrier and check liquid level in the accumulator of pressure of system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket. |
