23.12.1. Models with the self-leveled back suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
2. Unscrew screws and remove the protection cover from the basis of the lower lever of a back suspension bracket. Support by a jack through wooden whetstone the lower lever of a back suspension bracket.
3. Take off pressure in hydraulic system.
4. Wipe area about connections of the accumulator of pressure and enclose rags to collect the spread liquid. Unscrew a connecting bolt, the fixing pressure head hose of the shock-absorber to the top part of the accumulator of pressure, remove a hose and sealing rings. Close traffic jams the end of a hose and an opening in pressure accumulator.
5. For improvement of access to the top bolt of fastening remove backs of back sitting, then unscrew screws and remove a forward part of a covering of half of the luggage compartment. For access to back screws of fastening lift the finishing panel from half of the luggage compartment. Remove the side panel of finishing from half of the luggage compartment (see rice. 6. Unscrew the top bolt of fastening of the shock-absorber and remove a washer and a rubber pillow.
7. Unscrew nuts from bolts of the lower fastening of the shock-absorber and take bolts (see rice. Arrangement of bolts of fastening of the lower part of the shock-absorber). Take the shock-absorber from under an arch of a wheel and remove from it a rubber pillow.
8. Check a condition of the shock-absorber for existence of leak of liquid and mechanical damages and, if necessary, replace.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a rubber pillow on a rod of the shock-absorber and install the shock-absorber into place.
2. Combine the lower part of the shock-absorber with the lever of a back suspension bracket, establish fastening bolts, screw on them new nuts, without tightening them it is final.
3. Correctly arrange a shock-absorber rod on a body and establish a rubber pillow and a washer. Screw in a new bolt of fastening of the top part of the shock-absorber and tighten it the required moment.
4. Install the panel of half of the luggage compartment and screw it screws.
5. Connect a pressure head hose of the shock-absorber to pressure accumulator, having established from two parties of the connecting coupling of a hose of laying and fix a hose by a connecting bolt, having tightened it the required moment.
6. Tighten the required moment of a nut of bolts of the lower fastening of the shock-absorber. Install the protection cover on the basis of the lower lever of a back suspension bracket.
7. Establish a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the required moment.
8. Fill hydraulic system with liquid.
