23.19.5. Connecting draft of the control unit

Prevention

At installation it is necessary to use new nuts and a bolt of fastening of connecting draft.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports.

2. Unscrew a nut and a bolt of fastening and take connecting draft from under the car. Check a condition of connecting draft for existence of wear or mechanical damages and, if necessary, replace it. Check reliability of fastening of an arm of connecting thirst for the stabilizer of cross stability.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish connecting draft into place so that the spherical hinge of draft was installed in an external opening of the lever of the control unit. Establish the new bolt and a nut fixing connecting thirst for an arm of the stabilizer of cross stability. Tighten nuts the required moment and lower the car.
