23.19.6. Hydraulic pump

The hydraulic pump on models with 4-cylinder petrol engines and diesel engines without turbo-supercharging

Removal

Places of connection to the hydraulic pump of a tube and hose

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take off pressure in hydraulic system. 2. Wipe area about connections of the hydraulic pump, then unscrew a connecting bolt and a nut and disconnect a tube and a hose from the hydraulic pump (see rice. Places of connection to the hydraulic pump of a tube and hose). Remove sealing laying and traffic jams close the ends of a hose and tube and openings in the hydraulic pump. 3. Unscrew four bolts fixing the hydraulic pump to a head of the block of cylinders and remove the pump with a sealing ring. Prevention Do not unscrew two bolts fixing a pump cover to a pump housing.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using paint, note the mutual provision of a cover and the case of the hydraulic pump (see rice. Elements of the hydraulic pump). 2. Unscrew the bolts fixing a cover of the hydraulic pump then uncover also a sealing ring and take a pump rotor. 3. Check a condition of elements of the hydraulic pump and, if necessary, replace them. Irrespective of a state replace a sealing ring of a cover and laying of a rotor. 4. Being careful and using the flat screw-driver, take old laying of a rotor from a back part of a pump housing. Establish new laying of a rotor into place in a pump housing. 5. Grease laying of a rotor and a rotor with pure liquid from hydraulic system and install a rotor in the case. 6. Establish a new sealing ring on a pump cover, then establish a cover with a sealing ring on a pump housing. Establish a cover so that the tags put before removal were combined. Fix a pump cover by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a new sealing ring on a back part of the hydraulic pump and install the pump on a head of the block of cylinders, combining a ledge on a pump rotor with a camshaft groove. 2. Screw in bolts of fastening of the pump and tighten them the required moment. 3. Connect a hose and a tube to the pump. At the same time from two parties of the connecting coupling of a hose establish laying. Fix a hose and a tube by a connecting nut and a bolt, having tightened them the required moment. 4. Fill hydraulic system with liquid.

The hydraulic pump on models with 6-cylinder petrol engines and diesel engines with a turbo-supercharging

On models with 6-cylinder petrol engines and diesel engines with a turbo-supercharging the combined hydraulic pump which at the same time works in system of the amplifier of steering and system of the self-leveled back suspension bracket is installed.
